# 1 You must not have more than one province. If you want to restart you have to retire the first province before you create a second one.

# 2 Any bugs you encounter should be reported to the admins, preferably through the bug report part of the discussion board. Taking advantage of any bug is not permitted.

# 3 You are responsible of your account and everything that happens to it. Sharing accounts, taking care of someone else's account, or giving your account to someone else is not permitted. If a user lose control over his/her account no resources or troops will be restored.

# 4 Milking is prohibited. Milking can be defined as the intentional movement of acres/workers between two consenting provinces.

# 5 Harrassing other players is strictly prohibited. Please mind your attitude and language. Insults, personal attacks, offensive language language in personal messages will not be tolerated. Sending unwanted messages when told to stop will also be considered as harrassement.

# 6 Hacking is prohibited. It is not allowed to try and hack into other players account or the game server.

# 7 It is your duty to report anybody who isn't playing by the rules of the game. Tolerating cheating is considered cheating.

# 8 All players must obey the moderators on the discussion board.

# 9 Remember that even though many people take it very seriously, this is still only a game. Try to keep the play in spirit of healthy competition - follow the rules. Any controversial action that is not disclosed in any rule will be reviewed and judged by the Admins.

# 10 All empire images are supposed to be viewed by all age groups, no adult or political content is allowed.

# 11 Before you post in the discussion board you have to read and accept the rules specified at discussion board root.

# 12 You must agree with us deleting anything we find unsuiting. This applies to your account, text and images you post.

# 13 Incorrect user details can lead to account removal.

# 14 If you play from an ip address with other players you have to send a shared ip report. Two provinces are allowed from each ip, schools can however be allowed to have more provinces on the same ip if we can confirm that the ip is located at a school. You can use this page to see if others are playing from your ip address. You report the shared ip here. You can only be included in ONE shared ip report, make sure you communicate with the players on the same ip.

# 15 Provinces without activity for 14 days will be removed, if you are away and want to keep your province inform us about it.

# 16 It is not allowed to maintain your online status through artificial means.
